You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only make a purchase with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.

RottieBuddy provides information about Rottweilers, including training, health, nutrition, behaviour, grooming, products, breeders, veterinarians, rescues, and adoption.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate and up to date. However, information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only.

Information, calculators, checklists, guides, and other tools on RottieBuddy do not replace advice from a qualified veterinarian, dog trainer, behaviourist, breeder, legal adviser, or other professional.

Always contact a veterinarian if you have concerns about your dog's health, diet, behaviour, or safety. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian immediately.

Product images, descriptions, prices, sizes, colours, estimated delivery times, and availability may change without notice.

We try to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may appear differently depending on your screen, printing method, materials, and production process. Small differences between a digital preview and the finished product are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products.

Personalized products are created using the images, names, text, or designs you submit. You are responsible for checking:

• Names, spelling, and dates
• Product options and quantities
• The position and appearance of your design
• The digital preview before ordering

We may warn you if an uploaded image appears to have a low resolution, but we cannot guarantee that every quality issue will be detected.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
• The content is not illegal, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise harmful
• The content may be used by us and our production partners to create and deliver your order

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant RottieBuddy and its production partners a limited licence to store, process, reproduce, and print the content for order fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

We may reject or cancel an order containing prohibited or potentially infringing content.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation or begin production.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

• A product is unavailable
• Pricing or product information is incorrect
• Payment cannot be authorised
• We suspect fraud or misuse
• Uploaded content violates these terms
• Delivery to the supplied address is not possible

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the applicable amount.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.

Any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

Estimated production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, we will provide assistance and respect any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or an unclaimed package may be charged to you where permitted by law.

Risk of loss passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, receives the order.

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Personalized or clearly custom-made products generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or not as described.

For non-personalized products, any statutory withdrawal rights that apply in your country remain fully available. Where required by law, eligible customers may cancel their purchase within the applicable withdrawal period without providing a reason.

Please contact us before returning a product. Do not send returns to a production partner or an address shown on a shipping label unless we have confirmed that address.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Some website features may require an account. You are responsible for:

By posting public content, you grant RottieBuddy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content as necessary to operate and promote the relevant website features.

You must not post content that:

• Is false, misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory
• Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Promotes animal abuse, illegal breeding, or unlawful activity
• Contains malware, spam, or unauthorised advertising
• Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others
• Reveals another person's private information without permission

Please contact us if you believe content on RottieBuddy infringes your rights.

RottieBuddy may display listings from breeders, veterinarians, rescues, businesses, advertisers, or individual users.

Unless a product is expressly sold by RottieBuddy, we are not the seller, breeder, veterinarian, rescue organisation, or contracting party in a transaction between users and a third party.

Users are responsible for verifying listings, identities, qualifications, health information, registrations, payment requests, and delivery arrangements before entering into a transaction.

A featured, verified, or paid listing does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Some pages contain affiliate links or paid placements. If you purchase something through an affiliate link, RottieBuddy may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Third-party products and services are supplied under the third party's own terms, guarantees, privacy policies, and return policies. RottieBuddy is not responsible for third-party products, websites, transactions, or services.

Unless otherwise stated, the RottieBuddy name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, tools, software, and original media are owned by or licensed to RottieBuddy.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, sell, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

You may not:
