- • 2 m biothane or nylon leash with a solid clip

- • Prong, choke and shock collars
- • Retractable leashes on a strong adult dog
Food & bowls
Look for
- • Large-breed formula with balanced Ca:P
- • Stainless-steel raised bowls sized for the dog
Avoid
- • Plastic bowls (chew hazard, bacteria)
- • Cheap fillers, unnamed meat meals
Chews & toys

- • Kong Extreme, natural rubber chews, rope tugs
- • Buffalo horn or antler only under supervision
